Import from FTP Server
On the "Select Data Source" screen, click on the FTP option
On the right will appear a login window. Fill in the required fields: username information and host. You should receive these parameters from your sequencing data provider.
Note that there are different types of FTP protocols and you can select the right one according to what was given to you by the sequencing data provider
The standard FTP port is 21, the standard SFTP port is 22 and the standard FTPS port is 990
3. Once done, click "Sign In" to move to the next step and select the files
Select Files
Select files: (There is no limit to the number of files that can be selected).
Select a folder or a specific file within a given folder to be imported.
All files selected will be grouped on the right side of your screen under "Selected Files".
Click on Make Samples to proceed
