Color coding is used in Coverage Reports to visually represent sequencing depth and quality across genomic regions. A colored indicator line appears to the left of each entry, next to the percentage value, providing a quick visual cue for the corresponding coverage level.
Dark Green | Full coverage (100%) |
Army Green | High coverage (90%-99%) |
Orange | Medium coverage (50%-90%) |
Red | Low coverage (1%-50%) |
Navy Blue | No coverage (0%) |
