Color coding is used in Coverage Reports to visually represent sequencing depth and quality across genomic regions. A colored indicator line appears to the left of each entry, next to the percentage value, providing a quick visual cue for the corresponding coverage level.

Dark Green

Full coverage (100%)

Army Green

High coverage (90%-99%)

Orange

Medium coverage (50%-90%)

Red

Low coverage (1%-50%)

Navy Blue

No coverage (0%)
