Color coding is used in the Somatic Clinical Evidence sections and Case Summary to indicate the level of therapeutic, diagnostic, and prognostic evidence. This visual system helps you quickly identify the clinical significance and classification strength of each evidence item at a glance.

The following outlines the color coding scheme used to represent various levels of clinical evidence.

Therapeutic Evidence Level:

Red: FDA-approved treatment

Yellow: Well-powered studies

Turquoise: Different tumor type

Blue: Preclinical studies

Diagnostic & Prognostic Evidence Level:

Red: Professional guidelines

Yellow: Well-powered studies

Turquoise: Multiple small studies

Blue: Case studies or small studies
