​Reporting Category Selection

Franklin now allows users to select a reporting category directly from the variants page for improved accuracy and efficiency. This feature is available for all variant and analysis types, in both tile and table views.

New Filter: Cancer Hotspot Count

Franklin has introduced a new filter, Cancer Hotspot Count, that allows users to filter SNPs by the number of submissions in the Cancer Hotspot database. Users can filter by the same amino acid position or the same change. This feature is available for somatic SNPs only.
