Franklin's Germline Dashboard, also referred to as the Cases Dashboard, is a powerful tool designed to enhance the management of your organization's cases. In order to access the dashboard, go to My cases screen and use the left side menu.
In the dashboard you can view information that will enable you to:
Get a high level status of organization cases
Understand active cases breakdown by assignee, assay type and open time
Explore cases trends over time, such as how many cases are created, resolved and what is the average time it takes to solve a case.
Slice and dice the cases information in order to investigate and get better insights from your data.
