Keep track of important variants and stay informed as new information becomes available. On the Variant Interpretation hub, next to the Classify Variant button, select Follow to start receiving updates about a variant:
Once you follow a variant, you’ll receive an email notification when:
A new message is posted in the variant’s community discussion.
For germline variants only: A member of the same community submits a new classification for the variant (a non-draft interpretation).
With Follow, you can easily stay on top of relevant discussions and new classifications, helping you keep your variant interpretations informed and up to date.
