We are happy to introduce several enhancements and new features in our latest update:
Batch Workbench Export
Similar to Workbench (WB) export of single cases, you can now export all WB variants from all cases in a batch, after setting the All Cases view to Batch (for more information on Batch View, see Franklin Help Center). The batch tiles now display a menu button, from which the batch’s WB variants can be exported:
The exported .xlsx file includes information on all Workbench variant, both SNP and SV, accompanied by case-level information (e.g. case name and ID, patient sex). Additionally, links to the individual workbenches allow to quickly access the specific cases in Franklin. The export may therefore serve as a convenient starting point for variant classification throughout a newly uploaded batch. Note: export processing could take a while to complete, especially for larger batches; the exported .xlsx file is therefore sent via email.
The content of the batch export file can be customized by contacting our support team ([email protected]).
Bug Fixes:
Tumor Cases: Counter of Internal Sample Count Filter Included SVs
In tumor (somatic) cases, resolved an issue where the variant counter in Variants tab displayed a non-zero value when filtering using the Internal Sample Count filter on SVs variants (the filter counter should counter only SNP results).
