Enhanced Reference Integration for Variant Interpretations.

We're excited to introduce a new feature that streamlines the addition of scientific references to your variant interpretations. Now, simply input a PMID number, and our system will automatically fetch and insert the citation into the reference textbox. For added flexibility, you can also manually edit these citations. Stay tuned for an upcoming feature that will allow you to directly add articles from our publication list via the publication tab.

Introducing Batch View Capability.
To improve your workflow, we've added a Batch View feature. When uploading cases, you can now assign a batch name to the cas. Setting the batch data will organize the cases under the specified batch name, providing a grouped view and progress tracking of batched work directly on the cases screen. You can easily switch between case view or batch view in the cases list page.

Multi select option for 'Not relevant' reasoning

We now offer the ability to select multiple conditions simultaneously when tagging a variant as 'Not Relevant'.

Dragen quality score is now displayed on the CNV variant confidence section.
