New feature:

Variant Classification Tags

Franklin now supports variant classification tags, enhancing the detail and customization of variant annotations.
Tags such as Risk Allele, Low Penetrance, Protective Allele, Hypomorphic, and Drug Response are available to all organizations, with custom tags available upon request.

Tags can be added from the variant classification page or by uploading variants to the Franklin knowledge base with a "Classification Tags" column.

These tags will be visible on the variant tile, table, and org assessment tab.

Currently, this feature is available for germline cases and SNVs/indels only.
​
Future updates will enable filtering by classification tags in quick filters and the knowledge base. Custom tags will also be definable directly from the product.
