Community Occurrences Filter

Leverage Franklin’s community data by filtering based on community occurrences or the number of homozygous variants.

​Paternal and Maternal Indication

To reduce confusion in family cases, Franklin now uses "P" (paternal) and "M" (maternal) to indicate shared inheritance on the variant tile, instead of using "F" (father) and "M" (mother), which could be mistaken for female and male.

Custom Annotations

Franklin supports adding additional DB’s to be used as custom annotations. We have improved our support to allow adding up to 10 additional annotations DB’s.

Franklin APIs

We have added support for family case creation via API, including the ability to indicate batch ID.
