Introducing Gene Panel Versioning

We're excited to announce a new feature: Gene Panel Versioning. This new feature enhances your ability to manage multiple versions of your gene panels within your Knowledge base.

Whenever you need to update a gene panel, you can now edit its contents and save these changes as a new version. This ensures that any future cases will utilize the latest version, while previous cases continue to use the version they were initially associated with. This feature guarantees consistency in your historical data while allowing flexibility for future advancements.

Managing your panel versions is straightforward. Simply navigate to the Knowledge Base Panel page and explore the 'Panel History' tab. This tab provides a comprehensive view of all your panel versions.

To identify the version used in a particular case, open the panels popup in the case. The version information is conveniently displayed below the panel name.

The table view is now available also for SV variants.

Just to remind you - switching between views is done by changing the view option in the upper right corner of the screen.

Variant table view upgrade - we added the ability to expand the variant to display the additional information similar to the expanded tile, in the regular tile view.

alphaMissense prediction tool was added to the prediction table displayed in the expanded variant tile.
