We're excited to share the latest features and improvements in our software, Franklin. Take a moment to explore the enhancements designed to streamline your genetic analysis workflow.
Key New features:
Workbench Navigation -
Analysis Results and Quality Control (QC) are now presented in a tabs view.
ROH and Whole Genome Viewer, which were previously part of the QC section, are now located on the top right side of the Analysis results section
The "manually add variant" option has been relocated to the top right side of the analysis results section.
Case header -
The case header has been standardized across all case tabs, ensuring a consistent appearance throughout the interface.
Additional functions such as downloading VCF and exporting QC metrics have been relocated to the top right side of the analysis results section. These options can be accessed under the kebab menu(3 dots), providing a more organized and streamlined user experience.
The case creation details, annotation version, and genomic reference version are now part of the “Case details” side-panel
Exporting results from the “Variants” and “Coverage Report” screens is now possible via the “Export” button
