We are happy to introduce several enhancements and new features in our latest update:

Variant labels now support additional fields, including free-text comments and checkboxes for boolean attributes for enhanced flexibility and context. Contact our support team ([email protected]) to set additional fields to a variant label.

Export from the Variants tab in tumor (somatic) cases now includes two additional columns: Possibly Germline Variant (true/false), and Included in TMB Calculation (true/false).

Fixed an issue with the Variant List filter (exclusion mode), which affected the filtering results on SV variants in germline cases.

Resolved an issue where the Remove from Lists action, accessible via the tile or multi-select context button, was not properly removing variants from lists.
