Multiple Transcripts Support for Hard Panels
Franklin now enables the selection of multiple transcripts per gene for hard panels. Variants will be annotated based on the transcript within the selected group that has the most severe impact.

Protocol-Driven Case Status Updates
Protocol steps can now automatically trigger changes to case statuses. Configuring these automated triggers can be requested through the Genoox support team.

Drug Selection for Somatic Reporting
Franklin now allows users to choose specific drug recommendations to display in the somatic report. Drug selection can be managed in the "Case Summary" tab on the Workbench page.

ACMG Rules Import for Knowledge Base
The variant import process in Franklin's Knowledge Base now supports adding “Met ACMG Rules” information. A new column has been added to the variant import template to accommodate this data.

Gene Characterization Status Filters
Gene characterization status filters have been added to the Genes Knowledge Base and variant filters in Franklin.

Remove from Workbench Also Removes from Report
When a variant is removed from the Workbench, it will also be automatically removed from any associated report bin, reducing redundant steps and streamlining report management.
