What if I only upload to Franklin occasionally?

If you upload fewer than 10 cases per month, you can continue using the free tier. No action needed.

What about searching for variants in Franklin?

There is no change in the search application. This will continue to be unlimited.

Can I upgrade mid-month?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime.

Is the limit per user or per organization?

Per organization. All users in your organization share the same 10-sample pool.

Does the limit affect germline or somatic cases?

Both. The 10-case limit counts for both germline and somatic cases combined.
